On August 13, 2024 Candice was interviewed on one of Jamaica's leading morning programs, Smile Jamaica aired on Television Jamaica (TVJ). The interview conducted by television and radio personality, Dahlia Harris focused on her transition into the field of Human Resource Management (HRM) and issues relating to HRM.
